- Our Process involves:
- • Obtaining references and free DBS Clearance
- • Mandatory training and Induction
- • Shadowing experience
- • Regular supervision
- • Care Certificate for non trained care staff
- • Paid holiday, paid mileage for home care and meal allowance for live in carers
